Frank has worked in banking (HSBC) and information analysis. He has taught Business English, communication and children since 2000; and he started ETC in 2011.
Frank was previously a regional trainer for HSBC in Hong Kong. He now conducts training for a range of corporate clients in banking, engineering and insurance.

Rossetti has worked in banking, secondary schools and freelance as a Business Putonghua. She was previously a Training Manager with HSBC in Hong Kong.
